Silent Auction

 

The silent auction will be held throughout the week.

The items for this auction will be displayed in the Registration / Hospitality Suite, along with a bid sheet where you can record your bid. Please note the previous bid, and the minimum bid increments required. Put your name, registration number and cell phone number next to your bid, so that you can be contacted if you have won.

Check the items you are bidding on frequently during the auction to make sure you are not outbid. Bidding will end at noon on Saturday, April 24th. Please claim and pay for your items won by 4:00 pm. Bring your SCVTR 2027 badge at checkout to verify your winning bids. All bids are final and cannot be canceled or withdrawn.

Payment can be made by cash or check; an ATM is located in the Casino.

Silent auction items donated by event sponsors and Club Members include: various gift baskets, multiple gift certificates from auto-parts suppliers and restaurants, Triumph car parts, shop tools, and souvenir event items. Auction donors and sponsors are listed separately in this program.

We all love a bargain, but please remember that the Silent Auction proceeds are used to offset the costs of hosting our SCVTR Regional Event.
